It’s that time again, Fall in the Pacific Northwest. Whether you live in Salem, Portland, Wilsonville, or even farther down south, the season of cool nights and long rains is here. If you’re yard took a beating this summer, now is a great time to fix it up. Here are 4 things that are great to do with your grass during Fall.
Fertilize: If you haven’t fertilized this year, now is a prime opportunity!
Overseed: If you have a few thin patches in your lawn, now is a great time to throw down some extra seed.
Weed and Feed: If you have some pesky weeds, now is a great time for a good weed and feed mix. The wet weather and growth rate of the grass during this time of year make it a great opportunity for you to help your grass reclaim the yard.
Aerate: If you can, aerate your lawn before Winter comes. Your local rental shop should have a deal for you on an aerator for a few hours or ask for our help!
